The New course at Burhill is the lesser of the two courses. Golf Course & Country Club in Walton-on-Thames. Many of the holes on the New course play close to, or in the case of the 18th, over the beautiful River Mole and most of the holes are framed by mature woodland or specimen trees. The course which was built in the 1990’s is not overly interesting but does has some good holes such as hole 2 the long par 5 with OOB left which catches your eye from the tee and a well designed undulating green means that the player must find the correct level with their approach.
